We see patients by appointment. To schedule an appointment, log in to your Pet Portal.

Pre-Surgical Policy
No water after midnight, and we require mandatory pre-anesthetic bloodwork, for your pet's safety.

Overnight Patients
The doctors and/or staff check in on our overnight patients should there be a need.

After-hours Emergency Policy
We are always there when a critical situation arises. Should you have an emergency, one of our on-call doctors is available for you, 24 hours a day. Just dial (904) 268-8880 and your call will be answered personally.

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Traveler's checks.

Discounts
We offer our senior citizen clients a discount (please tell us if you qualify, so we don't have to ask!). We also offer a discounted boarding rate after 2 weeks of boarding your pet with us and for those with more than 2 pets. |
